January Updates
Happy New Year and Welcome Back Everyone! Hope the semester gets off on the right foot for each of you! Thank you to those who helped out with Pantherpalooza today. Your help is greatly appreciated.

December Events
December 5 at 6:30 pm, we will be shopping for the Adopt-a-Family event. Meet in Klehm Hall's lobby area around 6:20 pm.
December 6 at 4:30 pm, we will also be shopping for the Adopt-a-Family event. Meet in Klehm Hall's lobby area around 4:20 pm.
Our next meeting: December 7 at 11:30 - 1 pm.
G.I.V.E. and KONu will be in attendance too.

Our bake sale is occurring during our meeting too on December 7 from 8:30 - 2 pm.
Everything will be sold for $1 so if you bake anything, portion out enough to equal this amount.
Everything also needs to be labeled to insure that people with allergies will not be affected.
Make sure everything is individually wrapped before the bake sale begins too.
Britney is going to get the prices for t-shirts, hoodies, and half zip sweatshirts. If you were not at the meeting and would like a t-shirt or any sweatshirt, email Britney at bljones2@eiu.edu with your name and size.

November Updates 2
1.) There will be a training for the Haus of Hospitality next Tuesday (November 15) from 7-9 pm. If you want to do any volunteer work at the Newman center, including the Haus of Hospitality, you must attend. We need to have at least 5-7 people. You will find out about other volunteer opportunities and be able to schedule times to work in the Haus of Hospitality. We would love to have a large group so bring your friends who are interested, even if they are not in SAFCS, and want to volunteer their time.
2.) For those who are baking something for the Holiday Bake Sale, please email me or Britney (bljones2@eiu.edu) the recipes you are bringing. We must have this in order to go get our food permit. Please have them to us by next Tuesday (November 15) at the VERY latest.
